Nicole is the best massage therapist who has worked on me over the years! I have a lot of pain, and I benefit greatly from regular massage and stretching. With her Exercise Science background and extensive training, Nicole brings a lot of practical experience and well-rounded perspective into the massage therapy. In addition to the excellent treatment, Nicole is very pleasant to work with. She is always friendly but knows when to stop talking and focus on the treatment. Just wanted to take a moment to thank you for doing what you do! As you know I'm 55, overweight and have had three minor surgeries for meniscus tears in both knees. Before you came into my life I had a hard time walking across a parking lot. Now I can't believe how healthy and strong I feel. Training with you was one of the best things I've done for myself. I own by own business and have a packed schedule. It was always hard for me to squeeze in time for exercise but you make it so easy!
You put so much energy into designing my workouts and you're always introducing new things to keep me motivated and challenged. You're always on time and prepared and I appreciate that.
I'm really seeing the results of my efforts and your dedication. Yesterday I went for a long hike and felt great! I couldn't imagine doing this before I started working with you. I have seen Nicole twice in the last 6 months when I travel to Phoenix. She is prompt and cheerful every time. The massage is second to none. I always request deep tissue and she is extremely strong even though she is quite small. I will of course call her again next time I am there!
